All orders are handmade with love. Time of turn around is usually 1 -3 weeks . We will contact you if your order is taking a little longer to be made. No returns or exchanges. Please wash all items by hand if necessary. Not responsible for any lost items once shipped.  We will not refund for incorrect sizing for any questions please email us. 

For any purchases on garments please use the following washing directions. 

Do not dry clean any heat applied graphics. Turn the garment inside out before washing Choose cold or warm water temperature settings for the wash. Use mild detergent Dry on low heat or hang dry. Check individual material washing directions on tag. Do no iron directly on heat transfer design.
